The personal data provided will be used solely for the following purposes, according to the category of data subject:

Non-customers:

Assistance in the contracting process, including the possibility of contacting the user by telephone, email, SMS and/or WhatsApp in the event of an online contracting process for our products and/or services being started but not completed.
Managing and attending to information requests, enquiries or commercial offers, quotes, etc.
Informing about services, promotions and products related to our activity.

Customers:

Providing an adequate supply of electrical energy and/or natural gas, as well as additional services (maintenance, emergency, assistance, etc.), where applicable.
Supplying energy efficiency products with or without installation.
Managing the billing and collection of customer obligations.
Elaborating commercial profiles.

In accordance with the above, Creaenergia or another group company may communicate or send you, through the means you have provided (telephone, postal mail, email, SMS and/or WhatsApp), information and/or commercial, promotional and/or advertising communications about its products or services, always related to the activity of Creaenergia.

Candidates:

Managing job applications or information requests related to the possibility of working at the company.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the contract you have signed with Creaenergia and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation applicable to Creaenergia.

4. Recipients

Creaenergia may communicate your data to:

Companies in the same business group.
Public Administrations or Bodies, by applicable legal provision.
In cases where the Customer has contracted optional additional services (maintenance, emergencies, assistance, etc.) or any other offered or marketed by Creaenergia, it will be necessary for their data to be communicated to the providers of said services, always solely for the purposes strictly necessary for the provision of said services.

5. Rights

At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, information transparency, restriction and portability of your data. If you have given your consent for your personal data to be processed for commercial and/or promotional purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to object to the processing of your data for these purposes.

6. Additional information

Creaenergia undertakes not to use the information and personal data you have provided to us unfairly, as well as to maintain their confidentiality. Creaenergia has implemented, in relation to documents and data processing, the security measures required by current regulations. Your data will be kept as long as our commercial relationship is maintained; during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations; as long as they continue to be necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and as long as you do not withdraw validly given consent or exercise any of your rights.
